Terms & Conditions

These Terms of Service govern your use of the ParkPilot platform, operated by Outback Adventures, Inc. d/b/a ParkPilot ("ParkPilot," "we," "us"). ParkPilot is a booking, billing, and guest-communication platform. By using a ParkPilot booking page to make or manage a reservation, you agree to these terms.

ParkPilot provides the technology that independently owned and operated RV parks and campgrounds ("Parks") use to accept reservations, collect payment, and communicate with guests. ParkPilot is not the operator of any Park, and each Park is solely responsible for its own site, rules, availability, and the stay itself.

Reservations are made directly with the Park through its ParkPilot booking page. Payments are processed through Stripe on behalf of the Park. Cancellation, refund, and site-use policies are set by each Park, not by ParkPilot.

If you opt in, ParkPilot may send you transactional text messages on behalf of the Park you are staying with, such as a link to your bill. Message frequency varies by reservation activity, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Opting out of text messages does not affect your reservation.

You agree to provide accurate information when making a reservation and not to use ParkPilot for any unlawful purpose or to interfere with the proper working of the platform.

ParkPilot is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Outback Adventures, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ParkPilot or your stay at a Park, including disputes between you and a Park.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.

Questions about these terms can be sent to admin@outbackadventuresinc.com.
